Phoenix-02 SH is an automatic single corner vinyl (PVC)welding machine. The machine is composed of steel plate body guaranteeing stability and tables are made from 25 mm thick aluminum plates. In order to provide welding accuracy, vinyl profiles by melting in each time, are placed onto the base so that table precision is accomplished with left tables movement of libays bearings. In addition to that, both sides of the machine are equipped with profile supports for handling long profiles parallel to the table easing precious stability.

Phoenix-02 SHs adjustable set squares placed over aluminum tables provides welding between 15 to 180. Besides, electrical components bear CE, UL Certificate and appropriate standards. The machine is equipped with electrical, pneumatic protection and safety systems for machine operators safety.

Machine has been designed for corner connection of PVC profiles in 15 180 degrees by melting and operator can make the adjustments of clamp and melding pressure according to profile. Moreover, it has one by one tightening feature in every pressing on the foot pedal and it is able to adjust pressure and melding period according to the profile type.

Phoenix-02 SH has adjustable distance for bottom and top welding burr cleaning knives and after tightening profiles welding process completes automatically. On the other hand, it has adjustable thermostat which can be adjusted to the desired temperature between 0 to 260C and its weld seam adjustable between 0.2 and 2.0 mm.
