Boschert Lite Hydraulic Power Notcher
All Boschert notchers offer superior performance, clean cuts and high accuracy. The Lite notcher features Boscherts patented TRI-GIDE technology, a 3-point ram guidance system that gives the machine its world-famous precision and durability.
The Lite notcher with a 4.5 horsepower hydraulic motor offers front-to-back cutting with Hi-Carbon, Hi-Chrome blades that overlap on the cutting edge to eliminate blade chipping. Choose from a 90 fixed angle or variable angles from 30 to 120. Capacity is 5/32in mild steel capacity and 10-gauge stainless steel capacity, with notch widths of 8-7/8in x 8 7/8in for a 90 notch. Each blade is complemented by a parallel engraved brass scale and T-slot.
The Lite is adjustable up to 50 strokes per minute and can be operated with a moveable electric foot pedal in jog, single or continuous mode. The Lite is equipped with a 35in wide by 25in deep table with a milled bed surface so materials do not float or stick and is configured with two heavy-duty adjustable stops with 10 horizontal bars. It also comes with a scrap bucket.
